Qualifications to become a SubFinders® Member
legal Information & Basis Requirements
Basic Requirements: SubFinders® seeks and solicits companies that have the following requirements, but not limited to. Below are just some of the requirements that we're looking for to become a register member.
1.) We prefer companies that have someone answer their phone(s). Either by "Land-Line", "Cell Phone" or "Answering Service". The main Reason is that if, a Building Contractor needs to ask a quick question during the bidding process? He'll be able to get an answer right away with out jeopardizing or loosing a project just because he couldn't reach you. We also understand that a lot of companies forward their phone calls to their cell phones. It seems that nobody has any issues with this.
2.) Does you company have experience in the Construction Industry of at least 3 or more years?
3.) Can your company run 3 or more projects at the same time?
4.) Company Website? Though it's not required, but highly recommended in today's competitive market. It's safe to say that more deals are make for those that have website exposure with their Company & Services. Even if it's a single page website, you will see the benefits and rewards.
5.) Quality? Everybody talks about it. General Contractors & Clients require it.
6.) And of course, you must have access to the internet in order to view project(s) from it's initial bidding stage along with it's actual entire construction management stage. (i.e. laptop, iphone, ipad, etc) Also it's best to have a Cell Phone that's able to receive emails.
Finally. SubFinders® will only take the top-tier business's within their trade or service.
