SubFinders® is a Web-based Construction Bidding & Project Management System that's especially design for the "Retail-Restaurant, Big-box, Residential, Multi-Family & Hospitality Construction Industry".
The SubFinders® System enables general contractors to organize, manage and bid-out their construction projects (in most cases) within 10 to 15mins. Also there are separate Control Panels for each project that's live between your field construction manager, sub trades and suppliers.
We're always listening to our Contractor's demands, suggestions along with their new ideas on improving the SubFinders® System.

The overwhelming emails and phone calls we receive, are just wonderfully and we love it.
The Number one compliment we receive, just about every day from our General Contractors, besides how easy and organized to bid-out an entire construction project, is that contractors honestly can not wait until they have another project to bid out. It's very true, that some contractors get so excited, that they call us just to ask if it's okay to post a Test Project? Yes, you can and here at SubFinders®, we surely can attest to this. We see the strangest projects being bid-out, just for fun and even when we add new web tool to the SubFinders® System? it's just as exciting for us as it is for the SubFinders® users. We thank you! |

We're proud to say, that we've had a substantial amount of generous General Contractors that once they've used SubFinders® for the first time, they've make a donation after acquired their first construction project. Also, we've heard that some building contractors have split their "members donation" between all their subtrades. Based on the example above, that would work out to $2.37 per subtrade per year.
