	Attention !! If your a Contractor, Chain-Store owner, Sub-Contractor, Services or Material suppliers, you need to know about our new "*Bid-Central Panel".* You'll be able monitor all your construction projects along with getting bids and quotes from trades and services nationwide. See an Example of the Bid-Central Panel
Step 1: You'll download your very own personal "Bid-Central Panel." Then you'll be able to receive electronic blue prints from any architect, owner or chain store owner for that project. After loading the blue prints from the architect or owner. You'll select the (#)number of trades & suppliers that you would like to bid on your project. After that, you'll push the submit button and the blue prints will go to the (#)number of trades or suppliers that you have selected, *"all this happens in two seconds".* If the Qualified Trades are interested in bidding on/or quoting your project, they'll have 8 hours to response if they're going to bid on your project. Or after that, the *Bid-Central* Panel will select automatically another trade and send the plans to them. Then all the trades will response back to the Bid-Central Panel with their bids & quotes. After that you'll be able to select the one's you want. Sept 2: Now your ready to start the project. You'll be able to control any number of project(s) nationwide from your own personal "Bid-Central Panel".. You'll be able to get bids from subcontractors. You'll be able to get quotes from material suppliers. You'll be able to see what New Malls are being built or renovated nationwide. You'll be able to see all the critical information about that New Mall, Example: How much is the contractor's deposit? When can I start the tenant build-out? and do I submit plans to the mall 1st or to the building dept.? You'll be able to see budget Vs actual cost information on each project. You'll be able to see a progress schedule. Your superintendent will be able to relay ALL information regarding his project to the Bid-Central Panel** for you to see.
