  One is a "Qualified Self-Employed Superintendent "  that DO NOT hold a Contractor's License, but has supervision experience and the.. 
  Other is a  "Certified Self-Employed Superintendent " that HAS a Contractor's License. The license can be a Residential, Builder or a General contractors license. We have contractor's that are always looking for superintendents nationwide to build their stores. But, would like to contract to local Supers/Project Managers. In some cases, the main contractor doesn't have a contractors license to pull permits for that county or state and their looking to contract with a "Certified Self-Employed Superintendent ".
